Hi there, Iโ€™m รine, Iโ€™m an intuitive eating counsellor and wellbeing coach based in the West Midlands. I discovered intuitive eating after many years of yoyo dieting, not trusting my body and trying my best to get my body to a weight and shape that it didnโ€™t want to be.

I went from repeating the same cycle of diets which lead to emotional eating, binge eating episodes, hormonal imbalances, and a constant obsession about my weight, to making peace with food and being completely free from rules and restrictions.

I now truly enjoy food, and exercise because it makes me feel good, not to burn calories. I never choose foods because I โ€˜shouldโ€™ or โ€˜shouldnโ€™tโ€™, but because I now understand what feels good in my body, and as a result my body settles around itโ€™s natural, set point weight, without me forcing it to be there. Learning and fully accepting that my natural weight was more than my mind wanted it to be, was a big step in my intuitive eating journey.

Who else here is a Yogi? ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฅฐ I started practicing over 15 years ago, when I was looking to create more balance in my life, and move away from relating exercise to how many calories I burnt. Turns out, it was just what I needed to get the balance right!๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ

I loved it so much, I qualified as a teacher and I still love sharing it with others! If you're curious (or want a gentle way to unwind after a busy week), I teach 1:1 sessions and also hold an online gentle Yoga class every Thursday at 6pm.  It's perfect for all levels! ๐Ÿ’›๐ŸคŽ

Ever hit a wall around 3 pm? You're not alone! Here are a few reasons why your energy might be dipping, and some tips to get you back on track:

๐Ÿฅ‘Skipping meals? Fuel your body with balanced meals throughout the day to keep your blood sugar levels stable. Think protein, healthy fats, and whole grains!

๐Ÿซ—Feeling parched? Dehydration can zap your energy. Try sipping water regularly, especially in the afternoon, to stay hydrated and refreshed.
