I have been trying a few things out with these for a little while now and think I have found a keeper, super easy to make too, I’d love to hear what you think 🙂
300g Cooked Green Lentils
60g Feta Cheese
1 Large Red Onion finely chopped
1tsp of Mild Chilli Powder, Cumin, Garlic Granules, Cajun, Garam Masala
Put all ingredients into a bowl and mash them together. Make 6 small balls, place them on a preheated pan with a tablespoon of oil (I use Coconut oil) and press them down to make a burger shape. Cook on one side for roughly 10minutes until you can flip them easily, then the same on the other and you’re good to go!
I have added some roasted veg and grilled halloumi here for a lower carb option, but they go well with so much more too like in a roll or with some wedges – Enjoy!
